Be Afraid of Your Customers

Be afraid of your customers. Be afraid every day that they may decide to take their business somewhere else and leave you hanging. This mindset will challenge all of us specially the ones in the retail sector to ensure that we go out there everyday to provide our customers an experience which is nothing less than exceptional. Never think about aiming for a short term gain that will jeopardize your long term vision or goal however lucrative it may seem.
